I never got into this show but recently I was on Wikipedia, reading about Family Guy's Blue Harvest. It said it lost an Emmy to South Parks ImaginationLand, so I decided to download it from iTunes. This was easily one of the funniest cartoon I've seen in a while. All three episodes were completelyhilarious, but the first one was amazing. I couldn't stop laughing from beginning to end. Anyways, I'm looking for some good episodes or there bestseason. Any help would be appreciated.

kyles hair is gross
stan doesnt kiss, he yaks
towelie would = the NT population mixed with Chef.

watch any episode with cartman as the main character.

unfortunately i dont memorize title names

Season 7 is my favorite.

And if you like family guy, do not watch season (i believe 9 or 10)...it rips FG apart. I dont watch FG so it didnt bother me lol

He basically summed it all up. Watch Episode 706- Lil' Crime Stoppers, and Episode 801- Good Times With Weapons. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

woodland critter christmas (this is a big part of the Imaginationland trilogy.. itll make it so much more funny)

Honestly, the greatest cartoon show ever.

Yes, I would put it above the Simpsons.

Comedy Central usually replays older episodes at night.
Once you watch enough, go see the movie. It's amazing.
 
When Cartman fights that girl (I don't remember her name) and he gets knocked out. Haha, that show is incredible.

Ignore the homemade opening... You have to check out the rest of the episode. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
 
Great show; especially with their recent ones, they are the king of satire. While Family Guy is funny because of the random $%+% that exists outside of theplot, South Park is hilarious because of random $%+% that ain't so random that exists in the plot. At least IMO.

Agreed.

And I actually find the randomness in Family Guy to be way overboard to the point where I just think it's stupid.

And those random tangents that drag on WAY too long, where they're trying to force laughs out of the viewers... I hate it.

South Park > Family Guy... all day.
 
No one mentioned "Scott Tenorman Must Die" yet?!??! Easily one of the best episodes, especially if you like Cartman. And there's so much morethan that but it sticks out in my head as one of the best. I think it's from season 6 or 7. It's the one where Cartman bought the pubes from ScottTenorman, a teenager. But yeah, check out southparkstudios.com and you can watch every episode. And SP > FG.

Edit-The Critter Christmas was also hilarious...the "twist" at the end was great (not about the critters true nature but the final twist)
 
family guy isnt even in the same league.. good writing vs. randomized crap... thats how i see it
 
South Park truly is the best show ever..

Watch a bunch of episodes first and then watch the Movie if you haven't yet....It is hilarious the first time you see it.....but watch some of the olderepisodes first because you will get some parts in the movie.

You really should watch the first few seasons....It will look crappy though compared to know because they used to use construction paper

When South Park is showing new episodes it's one of the few tv shows I MUST catch. Other shows I will watch fairly regularly but SP is a must.
