I don't get that statement, I mean regardless if the dude does clean at odd hours, especially late at night, the dude is cleaning and doing chores. Something an immature and lazy person would not do. The only knock on the guy is that he does it at weird hours. But at least the guy makes it a point to clean.
I wouldn't mind that at all if dude was my roommate.
EXACTLY. There are people on here who complain that their roommates are dirty and slobs and you're complaining that the guy cleans up

lol my bad like i'm down for cleanliness and +%#...
but that's the first time he EVER vacuumed the place
he only does the dishes cuz he's the one that uses em
i clean mine right after I'm done.
and him and his buddy up all night acting like fool's
"dude b*)$# this. she's a @%* blah blah blah"
homie straight up degrades women and thinks he's hot +%#
he flipped out because his ex told him they wouldn't ever get back together
he flipped out on my friend because she said she didn't want to party with him
he's always cussing and +%#, and he doens'st do him. he's a follower
plus we be getting high electricity bills cuz he leaves the heat on
in the living room and his room at full blast....
honestly it's a clash of personalities. i'll just put it at that
