if you don't cook much, top ramen and drop an egg or 2 in that bad boy. add strips of chicken or other deli meats and you're golden.
yeah, it's high in sodium, but for $.10 to $.15 a pack, you can't go wrong.

Probably around $40 on fast food for myself (subway, deli, chinese, pizza, mcdonals etc.) but add in going out to sushi and such and it burns a deep hole in mywallet every week.
