What's good NT...

Don't want to make this a long post since nobody reads

I'm recently licensed as a real estate agent in NY. Love the job and everything about it.

I have access to 99% of the apartments in New York. There are tons of great deals to be had now for people looking to rent.

I get paid off commission but YOU my clientele don't always have to pay it. I'll do everything I can to find exactly what you want at the lowest costto you. There are a ton of apartments for you where the building will pay my fee and you can even move in with incentives like free rent for a month or two.

Bottom line: If you're ready to move in NY, I'll do everything I can to find the place for you in your budget. I don't want to waste your time.

If you have any questions I'll answer them here or you can click the link in my sig

I'm planning on 2010. Rents going down in the fidi due to the downturn?

new york real estate is absolutely trash and it's toast. all the wealth taht financed new york was artificial and is leaving, teh state of new york isinsolvent, and of course there is a real estate crisis on our hands that probably wont bottom for another 1-2 years

I love it...I clicked on the link, and the first condo for sale was 570 square feet (2 rooms and one bath) for 770k

NYC rent is bittersweet. When I moved to NYC at 18 rent was $1350 for a 1 bedroom. You'd be lucky to find one for that price these days. My parents own theapartment I live in & Maintenance in $1000 a month, my neighbor rents and pays $3,200 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath same as me and I think it's absurd.

Williamsburg, Carroll Gardens, & Park Slope are no better with rent prices.

Everybody who is making a purchase is looking for something different. The people living in that condo are most likely not as concerned with the price persquare foot as they are with the neighborhood and amenities in the building; both of which are excellent.

As an agent, it's my job to find you what you're looking for; not just rent what I have listed. There are unlimited options out there. And yes, NYCis more expensive than down south. I knew this, and so did you

Financial district rents are going down right now. There are great incentives to move there honestly. You can negotiate two or three months freein some luxury buildings there right now. The Financial district has the best price per square foot and is therefore GREAT for people looking to shareapartments. You can put 3/4 people in a 1 bedroom down there at times

Some of the wealth is going to leave. Some of it isn't. New York has been important financially for quite some time, so after the artificially generatedwealth leaves...there will still be money being made here.

Off the top of the head I don't. PM if you're serious and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to help out in someway.

chozin- how many investment banks still exist in nyc? the answer is ZERO. the entire financial system is a ponzi scheme, all fiat denominated holdings aretoast even when recapitalization occurs.

If all goes as planned and I don't live in graduate housing I'm going to need an apt. in somewhere around 110st - 125st west of probably 8th ave. inabout 6 months.

I'm not talking ONLY about investment banks. The rest of NY that's not involved in investment banking is still going to survive and produce money.
