It's 2009 & You're Still Reselling Shoes?

Naw but forreal I don't know of any one who used reselling as their primary source of income... most cats just use it for extra paper in their pockets.,only big time cats like Ben and etc resold kicks for making real paper. If anything 09 is a good time to start making a lil extra change since we in arecession and all, more than 1 form of income > 1 form of income.

LOL @ the bogus jokes, I must have struck a nerve. I recall it being the thing to do in 2005 but didn't know Nikes were still even poppin. I haven'tbeen in JB or Retro in years...

i didnt know there was money in this? buying CDP package for 300+ and selling it for $100 more (if that much) is not a hustle, all that work for a bill?returns are small

i can see maybe staying in line for hypebeast shoes. but not J's anymore.

Too bad you're getting hustled by Ebay/Paypal fees.

It takes money to make money.... You should have learned that when you were young.

hes just mad. when he calms down and learns that 2days outside to buy the fire red 23s and resell them for 2stacks is greater than anny 40 hour week job payin20bucks/hr. (and how many people u know make 20/hr). trust me, he'll learn

As long as suckers paying me a stack for a $200 shoe, i'll keep reselling.

And once you establish a connect with a boutique, it gets even better.
Havent stood in line or paid retail in 4 years.
So in about 30 mins i could make a few K's.
Basically, decent money with minimum effort.

It aint my primary source of income but it does keep my "trick off funds" quite high.

Premiere xx3's anyone

its not as lucrative as it was 5 years ago.

i don't even keep up with hypebeasty stuff anymore...

i've passed through that reseller phase, i did turn a decent profit off a pair of AM Burst Storms that i paid 80 for, sold for 400...

premiers and eminems were 2 shoes the whole year that were profitable.

but spending a week in line to make 1000?

120hrs of "work" which is waiting in line comes out to $8.33 an hr.

agreed, but just keep in mind that if you do the math, people in the military make less than minimum wage.
