Try and Convince Me 9th Wonder's Gods Stepson Isn't The Best Remix Album Of All Time...

Either enlighten me, remind me of an album I'm forgetting, or get your opinion torn to shreds.

This joint is beautiful yo. I can't even listen to God's Son anymore, 9th replicated what this album could have and should have of sounded likeperfectly. The beats truly are one with Nas' lyrics, how many remix albums can you say that for?

Nas deserves a lot of credit, God's Son is a gem in its own right (*!!@ the haters). The album is so personal, it's like an autobiography of dudeslife. 9th capitalized on this and came with some equally moving beats.

So my statement stands as posted in the thread title, there isn't anything better than this.

honestly..i thought the grey album was dope as hell ..from the concept to the execution..

Strange, I was about to make a post on this album last week... didn't think the majority of people on here would've checked it out, though.

My only problem with it is that it's clean. Other than that, I love this!

Yea. Its funny how 9th kinda birthed or made the remix thing "pop" and the only thing that compares is the Grey album.

All these Mick Boogie & Terry Urban joints are utter garbage compared to this one.

God Stepson > God's Son

....Wrong, that belongs to Nastradamus. God's Son is one of his best albums.

Good looks MidEast, I'm still gonna give you that People's Elbow though....

I personally think 'Black Is Back' > 'God's Stepson'. He had just a good beats and they matched the vocals better. Plus its not edited.
