since Jordan shoes become Jordan Brand, more and more J's are releasing , more and more people purchase J's , even some of them never watched MJ playbasketball on the court. just to create our own legend??
last year, 23 pairs J's released, as most people complained the quality of retro J's , either do I . I am thinking which J's for JB to makes moremoney . I feel MJ now is caring about the money in his pocket more than the J's sneaker fans.
I think jordan 1 is makes more money for JB. the tech was two decades ago, the only improve is design , not more complex processes to make the shoes.
what do you guys think about it ?

Us sneakerheads are they only ones who care about the details and quality on Jordans. The majority of the people out there will buy them just because of theJumpman symbol. JB will never go out of business.

the 6 cause its shoe that they charged 150 for and cause of they sold a shoe that was 18 year old tech for 150. Thats No R&D cost just a 18 year old shoefor 150$

JB makes money on everything they put out. They could put the jumpman on toilet paper and people would buy it. Thats why we continue to see 20 crappyreleases to every 1 good release.

whatever they release they sell, otherwise they wouldnt make it...
and everything they release from the I to the VII sells good

Us here on niketalk need to realize, though uncomfortable, JB is no longer catering to the sneaker fans that we are. JB is a multinational corporation and isconcerned about one thing: money. The fact that those fans who have stayed around since air jordans conception, expect that they should be treated differentlyis not what JB cares about. The reason JB on the CDP's put the insincere letter is to try to calm the original collectors who are griping about how thingsused to be. Here at Niketalk I would venture to say we make up at most 10% of JB's buying demographic and are simply tiny fish in a big pond. Sorry if Ihave gone off tangent but I feel this needs to be addressed. BTW, for profit margin I would guess the 1's, and most sold I would say the 11's becauseof the many variations of it.

I agree to an extent, but there are only 4 cw's of the XI (not counting 7 lows) and then there are 5x the cw's in I's so idk

yup anything with that jumpman will sell take a look at those ugly +%% fusions and true flights they sell like crazy just bcuz of the logos us sneakerheadssupports jb but they dont support us by giving us the great quality sneakers they once produced...but i think the 5-14 make the most money....

we ought to boycott the jordan brand till we get better quality for the same price we been paying for years

10% seems like a high number. How many people in the world do you think buy Jordan brand? I would guess millions... Also, I read something thatsaid Niketalk gets 85,000 unique visits daily (holy crap), so that's 8.5 % of 1 million. I've always wondered what kind of % Niketalk visitors/usersmake up of Nike and JB's overall consumer population...

more people will by ones because i had a nike check on them! alot of non-sneaker head may even think they are dunks are something else. but they style is tooclassic an simple not to buy! and with retail being at 185+ these days 100-120 for some jays sound great no matter how u look at it!!!!!
