is it just me or is their site trash? Tried checking out at 7AM eastern time and it says site had a lot of traffic
trying again now but still coming up with the same thing
Trash website and customer service. If it wasn't for the super cheap prices, I'd never go back. Apparently they were bought by finish line about a half year ago. Seems nothing has changed when it comes to their site or inventory though.

Be wary of jackrabbit.com. I won't order anything from them ever again. I placed two separate orders and both times they let me check out with items that turned out to be out of stock. Pretty crappy customer service too on their part. Waste of time. Great deals on stuff that isn't available.
So yeah, you can order something, add it to cart, checkout and receive confirmation and then a week later they'll inform you it was never in stock. Impossible to tell what's actually available and what's not.

Echoing these concerns...
I placed an order for 8 items, only ended up receiving 4 in different shipments that showed up 10-15 days later. After realizing part of my order was going to be cancelled, I emailed them a week or so after the order date and asked if I could get another item for the same price and have it shipped with the first order so that they wouldn't charge me $7 shipping. They said "due to warehouse issues, we can't do that." I said **** it and placed the order anyways with $7 shipping, only to find out a week later that the item they had already charged my card for wasn't in stock.
Ended up with some good deals ($25 Nike Dri-fit knit short sleeve and tank and $6 UA compression shorts), but their customer service is awful. Super slow response (if any) and took over a month to get my money back because one of the items they said they shipped never showed up... They offered me a $15 gift certificate through email, which never showed up either, and even if it had, I would probably stay away from them if at all possible.
