What a joke.

eBates won't give me my cash back.

I used the same coupon on a small purchase before and it was credited to my account.

This is what they said:

"Thank you for your patience. After researching your order, it has been determined that it was not credited to Ebates due to the use of a non-Ebates coupon/discount. As a result, Cash Back cannot be awarded for this purchase. When using Ebates it is important to only use the coupons/discounts listed on our site, as the use of any other coupon/discount will render your order ineligible to receive Cash Back."

Bro, eBates didn't give me a cash back worth $40, they said that I used the store's official coupon and not theirs. eBates gave me $15 each on my last purchase and I used the store's official coupon. What should I do? I emailed them but they still won't give me my cash back.

no idea my man, i never had that problem. thats odd if they gave you cashback with other coupon but not now. id continue emailing them til they do something
