In store, yes it will depending on if the store associate is cool or not you can use it on anything, no exclusions. I've never used them online or even tried for that matter, even if so u might not have time to input a code fast enough to get through checkout

Yes you can combine them, a gift card is a form of payment, nothing to do with with the winners circle reward or coupon
