it doesnt do anything if you try to use a coupon 10 off 60, 20 off 120 on something excluded....you can only use legitimate WC rewards on anything...bought me some nike socks and some jordan socks for $4.34 shipped, 2 separate orders, 2 rewards $20 off anything...

this is a question that should be asked to Finishline's customer support to be honest. That would alleviate a lot of this back and forward nonsense.

First and foremost make sure it's a Reward and not a Coupon. The difference is fairly easy to tell. Any Reward will only ever be $20 and it will actually say "Reward" on it, right on top of the $20. (So the full thing will basically read as $20 Reward) Coupons will be either $10 or $20, and won't have the word "Reward" by itself, but they'll still say "Winners Circle Reward Program". They'll also say "Save $10/$20 on your next purchase of $60/$100 or more".
If you're sure it's a Reward, make sure it's not expired, and then try placing it in both boxes when you're getting ready to checkout. There's one for coupons and one specifically for Rewards. From my experience, it really doesn't matter which box you put the code into, so again try both. If neither accepts it, then contact FNL to see what the problem is.
