Worked for me on the Legend Blue 11 release. I usually use Foot Locker but Footaction has been less buggy for me. Oh well.

- promo codes don't work for products that are excluded from...... promo codes. and yes, footaction has been pretty bad for using the bday coupon online.

Thanks. It still gives you $25 off if you add another item to cart that isn't excluded. If the item is under $25, it's basically free. I guess I'll just try it next time and if it doesn't work, I'll just move on.

I would have maxxed because store credit is equivalent to a gift card because you returned a item you paid for with paypal in store im guessing and they were wrong that would have made me call corporate

Just an update on this.. I called customer service and got fed some information saying it's Corporate/Store Policy and they won't take it on Release day items. She said they only take "cash" options or credit card. I asked her why wouldn't they take store credit because it's still some form of payment. And also added in isn't it just as similar as a gift card? She back tracked real fast on my gift card statement and never gave me a straight answer.. So basically I can only use my store credit on items that are still on the shelves after the first day.

Do not login to your online account while checking out. Checkout as guest, then manually input WC number and reward with the regular coupon at the last step of the checkout process.

Concur, would have went through the ROOF. I guess see if you can transfer the store credit to a gift card, maybe bypass the system that way.
