Almost pulled the trigger on the white/black elephant 29s this AM while the code still worked (and would've used the fat wallet 3% bonus on top), but then I looked at the stock pic of the back of the shoes and it just completely turned me off of 'em. That "Jordan" down the heel of the right shoe looks like it belongs on a pair of "Team" Js. Just couldn't do it, even for only about $130 shipped.
$130? Damn. That's even less than I paid (around $150). That was the colorway I actually liked best but they didn't have my size. I do agree about the heel area. I dont like that design choice. But to get arguably the best performance basketball shoe ever (overall) for that price I had to pull the trigger.

They have changed their policy. They asked me for pics when I told them my foams were inconsistent. The left shoes grooves were much more defined than the rights.

They emailed me requesting the pics but provided an email that wasn't valid to reply. They ultimately just said to return the shoes and I never complain so it was odd that didn't offer me nothing.

You are more right that you know, bigj. I never complain but had to contact them on my Mamba Moments. The speckles on both my pairs were messed up. One was smudged pretty badly and the other had random volt speckles (not the color I chose) mixed in. Even after being pushed up to a manager, they simply told me to return them if I didn't want it anymore. This was after I told them I wanted to keep the shoes as they were no longer available.

Wonder if this is a byproduct of too many people complaining, hacked/stolen 20% codes, or both?
 
Nike knows they don't need to giv out 20% off codes for complaints. They say jus return em Cruz they know someone else will buy em. P

they just did the same thing wih me asking for pics it happened 3 times now. Busted legands 2 pairs and 1 chipped up toung on florals

And they were legit function issues (air vent covered by suede)

Although they said send em back, and i told them that wasnt an option, i got a 10 or 20 dollar code. Not a % code.

I somehow received 3 codes off 1 order being accidentally cancelled. 1 15% via chat and 2 20% via email with them explaining the situation. The 2 20% codes/emails came like 2 weeks apart, so I thought that was odd. But hey, not complaining. 

Not sure how you guys talk to these reps, but the first time I got some codes was due to my package being delayed. Got a 10% and free next day air code as well.

There has recently been issues with the online codes. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any sort of help with that but it may still work for you in-store.

Some things to take note of:

- These are YMMV
- Some stores require printouts while others may only need to see the pic on your smartphone
- Doesn't work on new releases online but may work in-store
- Footaction doesn't work all of the time online. Well, most of the time.
 
Print and bring your VIP/Star Club membership to store. May or may not work on some items. YMMV.

Anyone know if it's a red flag to use coupon codes on Swoosh? Want to use my friend's account, but don't want her to get flagged ...
