Think they are making you spend $100 for the $10 off. Well maybe it's for April, code April10 has come in handy though. In May they might use May10 code? $20 off $100 is where it's at, hope that comes back.

please explain.

Use eight $20 coupons to buy eight $20 items (ex. Nike elite socks) then return the socks as no receipt and get a $160 gift card or simply exchange them for $160 worth of shoe.

Before people start yelling "retail fraud" this is a loophole of circumvention that you as a consumer have the right to do as you've earned these coupons with your purchases.
Again. The codes aren't stackable. Circumventing the system doesn't mean stackable.

Custom fee experts... Do you get charge custom fees based on how much you paid total, or is it based on the subtotal price before discount?

Im in a situation where the amount is over $200 before discount applied... Dont want to get hit with customs or discount will be no point.

Yesterday when I went to pick up the flyknit maxes at FNL the chick somehow used the same coupon on 2 purchases, she took 20 off the shoes then she took 20 off some socks and I paid 2 bucks for the pack of 6. :smokin

Similar thing's happened to me before. I used a WCR online and then used the same Reward in-store a few days later.

Is it me or does it seem cheaper to order through endclothing uk site than us site? The amount is not the same when i calculate gbp to dollar.

Right. And you also can risk your WC account as well as cost the employee his/her job.

No, neither of those are a possibility at all. Im a former Finishline Store Manager. The company does NOT care at all from a store level. It's a rightful purchase, it's a justifiable exchange. Only goal is for customer satisfaction, Case closed.

Sorry but no. Not sure how long ago you worked there but they do look at sales metrics and the WC are non stackable for a reason. You agree to the terms of FNL by being a member.
Telling someone to return 8 pairs of socks with no receipt to get a gift card in order to bypass the system can cause issues. finishline can also revoke you winners circle membership. I know that first hand due to an argument I got into with a manager due to a messaged up stock locate that dude accused me of swapping out.

Ok, I promise I won't go back and forth but I'll say this. I...WAS...A...STORE...MANAGER. I still know all the policy and structure of the company as I am still very involved with the company. None and I do mean NONE of that matters. Employees HATE doing returns because it can cost them the daily sales goals so they'll say whatever to try not to return things. Returning 8 pairs of socks is a legitimate transaction and will NOT cause an issue at all. An employee can lose their job for denying you a justified return. There is no proof those socks were purchased in any specific manner, not that it matters.

If you use a WC rewards and don't like what you bought you absolutely can return it for store credit, receipt or not. Are you aware they process online returns and store order returns as "no receipt returns" even when you DO have the receipt. I've fired people in the past for horrible customer service during return transactions. The customer's satisfaction is and continues to be the ONLY goal of that company. The website is just garbage sometimes...LOL!

Don't agree and never will.
It's clearly stated on the coupon and you agree to the terms of the program when you join it.

Show me proof that it's a valid transaction to return 10 pairs of socks with no receipt on a consistent basis and I will change my tune.

People may turn a blind eye because you are connected there but that doesn't make it the policy.
