ok so idk why but when i heard them talking about murder and death and all i thought to myself if you kill somone in a war would it be considered murder??

i dont care what you think of my thread its a simple question give input or press the x on the tab and move on with your night thanks

imo

a murderer has malicious intent "killing people in cold blood"

in a war, its either you kill or get killed

yea i thought that to but you know (if you saw the movie) he said somthing about killing somone he didnt want to or somthing like that what ifthat was the case

If my memory serves me correctly, it was because he killed a kid. Maybe he wouldn't feel so bad if he killed an adult instead?
 
There is a lot of "illegal" killing in war. Meaning killing innocent town people out of anger for what their men have done to your friends. Rememberwhen he said "Not what your ordered to do, but what he wasn't ordered to do that haunts him"....Pretty much it.
 
I didn't see the movie and don't plan to, but it depends on the situation. It's considered a war crime if you kill a civilian or prisoner thatposes no threat to you, unless for reasons unknown to you, you are ordered to.

That's true. In war if you fight by the "rules of war" then its self-defense.

Let's not get carried away. The acting in the movie, in general, was piss poor. Loved the story though.

I'm not getting carried away. Clint didn't do the greatest job, but the actors who played the Asian gang members and the Thao kid wereatrocious.
 
^^^Im with you camel, the acting was godawful. lol. Why did they let him walk around callin em all ****s, you never even herd anyone say something about it.lol.

Also that gun shaped hand thing he did pissed me off, it looked oh so stupid.
