These wooden inserts will be the "cue" from here on in that such Jordan's that carry them will follow a "Limited to 23" notion

. There is too much resemblance to the blk/gld version of the JordanXIX SE. I'm eager to try these bad boys out, especially as seen in the first pic the two-leveled carbon fiber plates from the articulated propulsiontechnology, but I refuse to pay an excess amount for a performance product that carries no style whatsoever.

sucks. easy pass for any jays 18 or over including all these 6rings andfusions, its funny because i know a few years down the road when they retro these. the hype is gonna be crazy. its always like that.
 
I would get it but only if they cost like 100$
i guess will see the JORDAN 2009 in outlets same as XX2's
 
This Air Jordan 2009 S23 is gonna be a huge test for the hype machine. I can't wait to watch it all go down.
 
They need the hype of a "limited release" in order to make these appear "elite" to consumers and in turn boost sales.

Without a "limited" release like these, they might be similar to the XX2s as far as sales and interest is concerned.

I'd rather have these then the orange retro 1's. If these were GR it would be an easy cop , might have waited for theprice 2 drop but , every shoe is not a home run. THATS WHAT MAKES A CLASSIC A CLASSIC FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.
 
they look like the black/gold pair and the black/white colorway
nothing really difrentiates it from the others
these are no were near as desirable as the limited xx3s were
i wouldnt cop these if i was rich and they were on sale for 25 cents tax included
 
the sad thing is they will sell out the first day and people will be buying of resellers
 
I would absolutely love these had I never seen the XIV. On a shoe to shoe basis these are probably brilliant. Knowing how derivative the shoe looks kills myopinion of it. I like these much more than the XIV, I just despise that is looks so closely similar.

That said, I will still get a pair of one of the colors I am sure.
 
the more pics i see of the 2k9's the more i like them
the 190 price tag is killing me though
 
I don't see the two level's. All I see is one level with part to the sole cut out so you can see the CF.
 
maybe JB athletes like ray allen and cp3 will wear them during the allstar weekend like the xx3's last year

yep...if they can sell a LIMITED NON retro inspired jordan thats NOT connected to the I-XX3 then ya officially gave them too much power...theseare essentially overpriced limited team jordans....
 
Hate to say it but i guarntee these are going to sell out on the day they drop...and some people are going to pay through the roof to get their hands on a pair
