if this is indeed a '23 pairs, 23 stores' release, then there will be madness once again...and you all know it...hype is a mutha...and yeah that is theonly way to sell them
 
Make them as limited as you want.

Make them as super premium as you want.

it's funny how all you have to do is place a pic of the wooden insert next to the shoe and everyone goes from "garbage, no cop." to "manthose are fire, i'm def getting those!".

they startn to grow on me but wouldnt spend more then 100 bucks on them
 
Glad i live in the UK where we wont get this limited rubbish!! Let wait and watch alot of the heaters buy these cos their limited..........................
 
wooden inserts....shoe trees. what a lame marketing ploy. try to bring out a pair of cedar trees like the much hyped XXIII's doesn't do it for me. plusthe shoe is ugly/overpriced.
 
cant wait to try these on...haha but probly never buy them since i swore i would stop after the motorsports...i think that will end well for me instead of keepfeeding jordan my hard earned money that only goes back into wack releases like the 6 rings and fusions
 
The 2009 is what the XIV & XVI would look like if they were conjoined twins.
Jordan brand had to dumb it down this year cause they have got to blow us away next year.
2010 will officially be 25 years, and they have got to come with some serious technology and shoe design style wise.
Accept these for what they are and lets get ready for next year.
Lets hope for Columbia XI retro next year to go along with the 2010 sig shoe.
I'll even take a SpaceJam retro next year. I need new XIs.
 
The idea of wooden inserts has really out-done itself. It was an amazing idea with the Premier Titanium XX3 and a picture of money holding on theStealth's. But why copy the same concepts to an UN-significant concept of a shoe?

On a personal level, I'm starting to really hate this brand. The quality of shoes are becoming inferior; the execution of developing new product lines ischeap; not knowing what the market really wants and not being a leader of fashion in this industry anymore.
 
fugaleee... now people making excuse saying its gonna be tight for bball... get off JB's nuts people. Some peeps cant even tell whats wack nowadays.
