was wondering what peoples experiences are with nike outlet stores. the closest one is about an hour away from my house. im not sure if i really feel likedriving out there. does anybody know how common B grades are, or how common cdp's are? or the chances of finding some heat, xx3, etc... thanks, pstuart13

My best advice is to check the outlet post in the retro forum! People post in good stuff they have found or heard of! Just ask for an update of the outletthats closest to you! Some cdp shoes have hit outlets!

Not likely to find Heat, so to speak, you may get lucky though. I have been to my local outlet a couple times in the past couple months and they mostly justget team J's.

There is a regional forum though you should check out where people post what they have at the local outlets, so you can find your area and see what has beendropping there.

Its what I like to call hit or miss.... but a lot more chance of miss. Depending on where the outlet is, less populated city you may be able to find somedecent heat at times. But outlets close by large metropolitan cities it will be hard because the workers there will tell there friends and they will tell therefriends and the heat will be gone in minutes. I live close by a few outlet stores and have only seen some decent heat in sz 17 lol

my advice to you about going to the outlet;
1. if you have the number to the outlet, call the store and ask what they have in stock, any specials going on, etc. this will save you the time and effortinstead of going there and not finding anything you want
2. last b grade to hit the outlets was the v's and it was very limited. hit only 1 outlet within the past couple of months i believe.
3. you won't find any cdp's unless some customer returns their order to the outlet, so very rare to get any there.
4. it's very rare to find any "heat" at the outlets. seems most of the employees are figuring out what's hot and informing their buddiesbefore you and i get a chance to cop.
if you know the product number of the shoe you're looking for, call the 800 nike number and have them do a search for you. but check the retro forum foroutlet post. lot of people post good info in there to help us out in getting a deal.

rarely they have good stuff and if they did they would sell out quick. i live 20 min away from the store

Found the shoes in my avy at the outlet a few weeks ago. I was lookin for them ever since they dropped, so you never know what you might find, you just got togo.

Usually factory outlets dont sell anything special... they sell old stuff and/or things that no one buys. Finding CDP at nike factory outlet? you'd have abetter chance getting AJ 11 Space Jam retros this year.

I've seen a couple CDP's in outlets. Like the entire pack. Call the 1800 number if there is a specific pack you're looking for. You might find it.Plus a lot of Foot lockers are closing down so their older inventory will probably get sold back to nike and thrown to outlets.

Those are returns from people. And they don't have a FSR in those. But OP, its merely impossible to get any CDP shoes in outlets. They'llsell out in a matter of minutes once they hit the floor. Or sometimes even employees skoop them all up.

Anytime I go to the outlet they have 11 lows and just team j's. Youre better off lookin online for cdps, alot of them are goin under retail to.

i live near Boston and the nearest outlet is about 3 hours =/... although i found some nice b-grades joints and only for a really cheap price.

The best thing to do in my opinion is to just call and see what they have. I live in metro atl and I have not seen any heat at either of the nike outlets nearme in a while.

I live in the DFW area and there are 2 Nike Factory outlets that I normally go to. Never have I found any heat ever. I normally just pick up some clothing oraccessories.
