You don't really have to be any good on the stock version of COD4 due to all of the noobish perks, and the P90.

Competition mods make this game a lot better.

That's a lame excuse.

Cod is a great game, one of the best multiplayer exp. ever.
But Halo 3 takes alot more skill to master, while in CoD you can just pick it up and play.

first time playing halo 3. i was getting 20+ kills each game

theprofessorofbeliefs: acog works pretty good for quick/mid range snipes so when im running in team death match i usually use the overkill perk with aautomatic and a sniper with acog, since im running around and all, but as far as long range sniping i dont see how people use the acog on sniper rifles, i cantmess wit it

Oh I agree... but there are so many better options... hell, throw an ACOG on the M14... I just always thought there should have been a better choice forgetting 100 kills with a sniper rifle that IW could have offered... (silencer

Are you serious dude? If someone that has never played CoD4 picked it up and played Hardcore Teamdeath match, they wouldn't break 10 kills (Word to JRS).

People always throw in the "realistic" argument with Halo...yo, its a VIDEO GAME, if I want to get shot once and die, I'll do it in real life.

You guys probably suck at COD4 as well. I have xbox live friends who are great at the game too, I know what it takes to be great at it, and I could be on theirlevel after two days of playing the game.

Halo on the other hand, is the ultimate console FPS.
And to whoever is boasting "i have friends that can beat you at halo" son i've been hearing that for 8 years, PLEASE

Halo CE > Halo 3 > COD4 > Halo 2 > COD WaW

I'm actually pretty good at CoD4. 1.73 K/D with a best score of 43K/10D on Ambush - Team Deathmatch.

I personally think the Halo 3 campaign is a lot of fun but the multiplayer blows.

this shows perfectly how you dont even have to hit some1 to kill them, they were all spread out

thats why I have trouble killin some people sometimes, empty an entire clip into them and then they just turn around and shoot me once and i die WTH

I actually have never played a full campaign on any game since like Phantasy Star Online on Dreamcast.
After internet multiplayer gaming became near perfect, it was a wrap on anything "vs computer"

h3 is trash I dont even play anymore and when I do I only play squad battle, but since I couldnt find matches since I was ranked so high I stopped playing.SS
Started h2 again though but I retired after dudes keep cheating

COD4 HCTDM is the truth. I hopped on regular deathmatch the other day and went 38-4 with ease. I think I am proof positive that COD4 is not a pick up and play.When I started playing I was straight trash, now I'm beasting w/ the guys I run with almost every night. i dont like halo. i'd rather play something that feels a little more real

i like all the gun in cod4 its like a real war wit the weapons you use.

No, the 3 kills showed up for the UAV, then you hear, the airstrike being availible for 5, and since theres nothing else until you hit 7, the lastdude just wasn't mentioned.
