*** Love/ Hate > FutureSex/LoveSounds *** vol. Yea, I said it.

How is Timberlake a douche though? He's a funny !+! dude when I met him, he probably curses more than I do.

FS/LS > most albums that whole year

Yall remember the feeling you had when you heard Love/Hate for the first time?

Well I just experienced that feeling.

I can't believe I slept on this album for over two years. Well yes I can. I hated Shawty Is Da #!*% and I Luv Your Girl when they were big. I figured, Idon't need to hear this n_'s album, just a bunch of watered down commercial garbage. Boy was I wrong, those two are still my least favorite tracks onthe album but my God, everything else just about is fire.

Fast Car
Nikki
She Needs My Love
Falsetto
Playin In Her Hair
Purple Kisses
Luv Songs
Mama

All fire, all

I *$*@ with this album heavy, I can't see it leavin the R&B slot in the rotation for a long minute.

Now I guess I'm gonna go give FS/LS a listen, it's been a long time.

just gave Love/Hate a listen... i will admit, the first part of the album was
eek.gif
pimp.gif
hot fire... if he kept that up, he would have been well on his way to aclassic album.

but at the end of the day, out of the 12 songs i only DLed three to put in the permanent rotation (Fast Car, She Needs My Love, Falsetto - i already had LuvYour Girl and Shorty is the !%@+).

now i'm listening to FS/LS again... and, come ON. L/H is not bad, but i have to say that FS/LS is definitely better. the songs on HL, forthe most part, all seemed to be made with the same blueprint. you listen to FSLS and JT and the producers are constantly switching it up and giving yousomething different. the album is literally flawless and perfectly made.

i can't even fathom how somebody could agree with the OP.

I'm not gonna just down Dream like that Dude has written a lot of hits for your favorite artist. Dream is appreciated but can't %@! with that FSLS

I'm sorry...but the Dream is a corny dude with a terrible voice. Justin is better than anything The Dream will ever be. Add to the fact JT + Timbo/Danjacreated a monster with some of the greatest beats ever heard is just adding insult to injury.

^^ his beats are sooo annoying to me. i wish timbo would drift off for a minute. along with will i.am

Never liked Justin. Although my first thought was that all 3 NE-Yo albums are so much better then either of those 2.

Like I said, don't get me wrong, I f's w/ Justin. But as an overall body of work, I really believe that Love/ Hate is better.

And a question to all of yall dissing Love/Hate. Have you even listened to the album all the way through??

Exactly how I felt. It was that first time I actually sat down and let it run....

I love both albums.. Two of my most played albums in the past few years.. But FS/LS is a classic in my opinion.. Love/Hate was a great album, but not classic..

So in that case, it leads me to say.... "You're smokin' that s*it " (In tune of The Dream "Rockin That Thang")

FSLS is NO classic. Justified was a classic. You can let Justified ride out. You have to skip songs on FSLS.

Basically. I listened to it a couple of times the last few days and this right here is just glaring. Like someone else said it's literally 6 or so dopesongs.

1. Closer 2. Single 3. Mad 4. Miss Independent 5. Lie To Me 6. Stop This World 7. So You Can Cry Need More?? All 3 of Ne-Yo's CD's are good IMO.. TheDream & Ne-Yo need to go in and write a track together!

Love/Hate makes such good use of the gapless playback feature. It seems like every time I put it on I end up listening from front to back.
