That's cool. I respect Outkast, but I don't listen or care for the south enough to listen to alot of their $*+#..so i'm obviously notgoing to put them on my list.

Outkast is NOTHING like other Southern rappers for the most part. just listen to Aquemini or ATLiens. those albums broke the mold of not just Southern rap, butrap in general. they were completely ahead of their time musically. if you aren't feeling the 'Kast after that, i don't know what to tell you.
Aquemini/ATLiens wouldn't be in my top 10, but they are damn close.

I've heard Aqumeni..it's very good. I haven't heard ATLiens but I've heard alot of good things so it's about time I give itburn so I'ma do that this wk

Nope and I love Mobb Deep. They just don't make better music, all they make is that thug murder rap *%#+, no GROWTH.
Outkast can do that and wayyyyy more.

How are you gonna take out paid in full? that album had probably the greatest impact on Hip Hop, most rappers owe their whole style to Rakim.
