Ed, I'm gonna get technical and go with Abernja here....UNC primarily wears university blue. Chambray is much lighter, almost pastel-like.

I kinda gave up looking for those (also a size 12 here) a while back. For a while I debated on getting the og low version but didn't feellike dropping 2 bills on a pair when I really wanted the mids.Originally Posted by jonny1200

these chambray samples were during the retro run of the XIV's.....intially they were scheduled to come out but were scrapped along with a slew of other colors like the
white and yellow lows, and the all chambrey suede XIV's because the XIV's were slow sellers......so JB tightened the release date colorways.
These were suppose to release in January of 2006 but were scrapped. I was dying for these too
One day I'll pick up the UNC XIVs in a 12, I wish I never passed on them in the first place

Definately a sick !%% colorway! These look more Carolina Blue-%+@ though than the Chambray on the VII's, those look like more of a silver color. None theless these should've dropped.
