KRS One Speaks On Politics & Barack Obama("The NWO Just Put On A Black Face")

Once he said Alex Jones I was like......

I don't agree with some of the things he was saying (The Declaration of Independence is beautiful poetry? Yeah okay

)

But for real politics are just here to make us believe that we actually have a say in what is happening. At the end of the day $$$ will always reign supreme

This is America, people are entitled to have their own opinion.

I agree with everything he said, especially about Obama not having power when it comes to the economy. If you think differently please do some research, USAdoesn't make anything here anymore, we owe HUGE debit to China. At some point you have to pay that back, it very scary that some people think of Obama as asavior, falls right into the hands of the NWO.

does Hollywood Hogan run this "nWo"? I suppose the "Dark Crusaders" may have had a hand in this, too, eh?

The whole economy thing sounds like "Debt of Honor" to me, which was fiction. Not that it couldn't happen, I'm just saying...

I don't care if dude is right or not. I'm still in the Matrix, thank you, and Morpheus has yet to offer me the red or blue pill. I'll be hereliving normally and paying attention to the details until I actually SEE something worth arguing about. A conspiracy is only cool because there is enoughpossible truth in it to warrant paying attention. However once holes are revealed, the explanation is always "That's what THEY WANT you to believe...Wake Up!!"

I don't feed into them, but they do make for interesting fictional reading material.

Agreed... I believe there are things about this country that are messed up, but i wouldnt rather be anywhere else... that was for people that only complain

Which is why there is only "2" parties... Once one messes up in the publics opinion, the other goes back in... There isn't achoice...

And I don't understand why people are dismissing his opinion so quickly. He is a voice in the public, and it's good he's bringing this kind ofawareness to the front lines.

I don't listen to him, nor do I get inspiration from him, but I understand what he's saying. I've actually been looking up a lot ofthis stuff lately. You can't just lie down and let things happen in life. You have to have an understanding and a desire to question things.

LOL. I saw him out here in Austin a couple weeks ago. What a joke. He was dope for his time... but come on, Obama JUST got in office. How you gonna talk all this bull already?? Dudes complain that it's always white men in office then when a black man comes in office they still complain.

- the comments in here confuse me.

- yeah, i watched the video. but those same initial things he said about Obama i was thinking the whole time the Black communtiy started making T-shirts andsinging songs about him.
- i've worked for the federal government for almost 10 years, and never understood the excitement and hoopla over Obama other than him breaking the colorbarrier. why? because just like KRS said he's a politician. with my 10 years ive seen many people come and go, while everything stays the same. im notsaying it wont/cant happen, but ill get my hopes up once i see something not before (also stated by KRS in the vid).

- i guess what confuses me is where the people in this thread are taking their comments, especially the ones that didnt even bother to watch the vid

*EDIT*

- i especially liked the part where he talked about how if we thought the voting process was fixed (when it came to Bush's second term), what makes usthink Obama getting in wasnt fixed to get us to calm down about the economy?
- cause i can tell you, im without a doubt one of those folks that think the presidency has a element or two thats not as it appears to be to the generalpublic.

OK lets excuse the fact that its KRS, now what do you guys think about what He saying is going on behind the scenes?

Just because someone questions it doesn't mean they are right.

There is nothing that is believed that cannot be argued.

It is up to the believer whether or not it can be disproved. And truthfully, if you CAN let it be disproved, then you weren't a true believer. Which isprobably why you shouldn't believe anything blindly...

If he really believes it, that's cool. But don't come at me like I'm some naive !@!* just because I don't happen to bleive the leader of thefree world is a puppet to unsee white slave masters hell bent on having their will mashed into our collective souls.

I'm not saying there isn't SOME truth to things people like him say, but NWO? C'mon... Like I said, that's like the "Dark Crusaders"doing away with the Chappelle show...

all the obamamaniacs are goin crazy over this

Just because black is the new president doesnt mean
barack is the new jesus.

Bush was better for America because he got people to think
about their own actions, now everyone just thinks, oh barack
will fix it all, so they go back to being lazy and stupid.

Its just like we hear all this talk about MLK but never about
Malcolm, never about the black panther party, nothin about the
MOVE organization. Mumia is still in jail and the hood is still in turmoil.

They say judge a man not by his skin but his character. Well, if you
look closely his character is just like any other politician, they owe
everything to the people who pay for their campaign, and you will
hear barack constantly talking bout the people who made "considerable
donations" to his campaign. Its all about profit and dont forget that.

Not to bible thump but is anybody familiar with what the bible says the world leaders will do?

And has anybody ever wondered why we always have money for war but not for our own people who struggle in day to day life?

bother to listen to another KRS One rant?

i get enough of that while listening to him babble on classic premo instrumentals...

@shunning people for ignoring KRS One....

- im not shunning people for ignoring KRS. im shunning them because of their lame reasons. KRS one or not he's a person speaking some truths, to completelydiscredit what he says based off what a lot in here are is silly.

- there are no arguments in here discrediting what he says based off facts that negate what he says. all i hear is "i didnt watch the vid....but, its krsso....", or "he said Kanye wasnt hiphop so he cant know what he's talking about". and thats your argument?? likeseriously?

It's interesting when you mention the Bible, because Revelation talks about much of what KRS was alluding to...

I don't need to watch the video because I already know what its about.. I started to but saw it was the same exact stuff he was preaching at the show hehad recently in Austin. I'm just saying I'm tired of the "trend" of hating the government. Most people don't know what they'retalking about. Like I said, people complaining for ages about how we'd never have a black man in office, now they are still complaining. Our governmentdoes corrupt things, yes. I will agree with that. Actually, the person who I am shouldn't like the government at all, but it's what we are stuck with.KRS has just gotten extremely annoying. He is not making good music anymore so he uses his anti-government and "knowledge" to keep his youngestranged kid fan base. And BTW, there are TONS of other countries that are extremely worse than ours. Just saying. People take a lot forgranted.

With that said, the government should fear its people not the other way around. I voted for Barack but dont think im a let ###! slide if we stay in iraq longand we head to iran. I voted for change so if he aint changing what makes you think people wont get mad. False Advertisment FTL

^ and here lies the problem.....

Exactly and thats the scary part. A book written thousands of years ago is on point with what a rapper is speaking on now. I don't talk aboutthis stuff for my health. The world is getting worse. I can go on and on about whats in revelations and what it ties to but I'll just respond as needed.

I'm just saying I'm tired of the "trend" of hating the government. Most people don't know what they're talking about.

So do you think there is any truth to his words or ours?

Our government does corrupt things, yes. I will agree with that. Actually, the person who I am shouldn't like the government at all, but it's what we are stuck with.
I agree we are stuck with it.
KRS has just gotten extremely annoying. He is not making good music anymore so he uses his anti-government and "knowledge" to keep his young estranged kid fan base.
I don't think He is trying to stay in the spotlight because there is no spotlight to be obtained with this.
And BTW, there are TONS of other countries that are extremely worse than ours. Just saying. People take a lot forgranted.

Yeah we do have it good but does that matter if we are getting screwed in the long run?

I think he has valid points. What a man says on a song does not entirely identify him as a person. Hip Hop is a popularity contest. If it was Weezy or Yesaying this, I bet there would be more ears open to it. As citizens of the US, we have to be more aware of the things happening around us. I think the videowas good. Props to the OP.

And I am not a KRS-One fan.
