Life without Fast-food.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without fast food.
The sad part is I'm a cook at my job and I know how to prepare several meals from scratch, but once I get to the crib, I just don't feel likecookin' anymore.
So fast food ftw!

Nobody in here read my damn thread. If y'all did y'all would have came up with a reason to 'why' people eat fast food when they already knowhow harmful it really is. And how it's related to other superficial ways of living just as fast food.

i know how to cook once a bit. but i still eat out. since im in college, i got tv dinners stocked up. banquet salisbury steak meal ftw!

I gave up fast food this year & is 36 days strong! Haha, I used to eat fast food day & night, but since I started eating at home. Man the food is somuch better, & i feel so much healthier too. I go longer without being hungry, when I eat fast food, I get hungry in like every 3 hrs. Now I eat a smallBreakfast, a good Lunch, and a good diner.
Fast Food for the L!

We in this recession. All we're seeing is companys shutting down left and right. DO YOU SEE ANY FOOD CHAIN CLOSING??? America has money to spend on food.My point is, no matter what is happening in the world, people still have time and money to eat a big mac.

With that being said, I eat out at least once a day for lunch, but I try to always eat home cooked meals, particularly for dinner.

I used to eat out all the time too. Its just more convenient to roll through the fast food line. I have been working hard on it though. On the days I don'tbring food I usually just hit up subway. Just went to the grocery and bought a @+#$ load of food so thatll help too

All from a line at McDonald's? Too deep for me man

cooking isn't hard but not everyone has time...by the time i'm done with work and/or school i don't feel like preparing food when i can have aburger and fries in my lap in 5 minutes...monday was the last time i had fast food and i'm trying to cut back heavy but fries are my favorite foodEVER...i'm gonna have to learn how to make them from scratch...

I think this is the case with alot of American's. Were losing alot of the core values that made this country great.

i used to be broke all the time. i used to eat outside once even twice three times a day. i didn't really gain too much weight but recently i've seenthe numbers start to climb. coincidentally i was learning about hypercholesterolemia in school and about heart attacks and stuff. i started making my ownturkey sandwich to bring to school. although i'm just using the turkey breast ham things they sell, on a wheat bread with a slice of cheese and a lot oflettuce is healthier than anything at school. plus food at school is so expensive. at home i try to eat just as healthy, and eating less for dinner and notpast 7pm. (try to eat around 6-630 though). eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, low calorie stuff, low fat stuff, and lean meat. then hit the gym 3x a week i runabout 2 miles everytime and work out moderately. although it's only been like a week so i haven't seen major differences yet, but i lost like ~5lbsoverall. and definately NO FAST FOOD AND NO SODA. NO CHIPS, NO SNACKS! just healthy, mother nature made food for me.

everyone should practice this. too many people are dying from heart diseases caused by build up of fat which occludes the arteries and it'll give you aheart attack at 50. it doesn't matter even if you are stick skinny, you eat that stuff, you will die faster. be careful guys.

Haven't had fast food in over a year and I'm in the best shape of my life.

Started as a New Years resolution last year, but I think I'm sticking to it this year as well

i cant eat any at bk or mcd's anymore..only like chipotle and thats once a week every 2-3 weeks on a cheat day..
