Life without Fast-food.

I had to write a paper about this in class yesterday.

McDonald's is a smart company.

But still a bad one.

i started my diet a week ago and its tough without ffood. i go to school, work and im always out during the day. the easy thing to do for someone like me isfast food. even on my diet, i go to subways to get a salad or wheat breaded sandwich. i dont know how to cook really, i know some of the basic things but forthe most part, i used to microwave everything which happened to be pizza, mozzarella stricks, tacos, etc. unhealthy stuff. im not really fat or anything, justa lil gut but im motivated to get into shape but its pretty tough.

For a while I gave up fast food and only ate at other places such as subway, taquerias and etc but then I came back to eating fast food but only once a weeksince cooking takes time and fast food is cheap.

but where would the people who work there be without it. So I think some people are glad about it.
People need to stop being so lazy as well

I find the only time I would really start craving fast food was at work sooooo I had to make myself stop.

The first week was tough. Really tough. It had become a really bad habit to just go grab something from Carls Jr or Sbarros or the vending machines when Iwould get slight hunger pains, but now I make sure I have something before I leave for work on half days and make myself wait until I get home. If I getthirsty I don't just go grab a coke. I just have to wait and give myself 5 minutes for the urge to pass. On days I work full shifts I bring my own lunchwhich consists of a simple sandwich on whole wheat, fruit, and an Arizona Ice Tea with ginseng and honey.

It wasn't just about eating healthier for me though. I really just wanted to start saving more and really limit my spending habits because there are thingsI want to accomplish this year and the more money I have, the better. All those $5-$10 meals and the drinks from the vending machines add up considering howoften it was occurring and how much cheaper it would be to just go grocery shopping.

Im a gym freak now. So working out all the time and eat bad does not mix. Work out 5 days a week, im a young college student so theres no way i can go a wholeweek without fast food. Not because i need it, but because of my party life. Get twisted on the weekends and you yearn for fastfood. I used to drink like 5days a week now its like 2 just friday and sat.

I dont eat McDs or BK like that anymore. Im more of a Chik Fila person and thats only like twice a month. It is better to cook at home and have leftovers thanto eat fast food everyday

As a college student, that's really impossible to do...but I've been working out a lot and trying to watch what I eat...
