Yeah I know 15K is alot though but friends are worth more then money. I did offer to say it was mines, it didnt have his prints on the tech either. But theattorney fees I paid and court cost as well. But dude aint pickin the phone up.

My boys says he is upset bc of the outcome. I mean 3 year probation deal with no conviction isnt bad compared to sitting in jail. But I guess he doesnt realizethat.
 
I'm kinda in the same situation.

My brother-in-law and I did some illegal business and both of us got caught. I had a clean record plus I'm in school so I got away with some fines,community service, etc.

His sentence was 1-3. This happened one year ago and he recently got accepted for parole and should be coming out soon. I feel like I gotta make it up to himsomehow even though we both F'd up. I got about 3-4k in savings and I'm about to just go out on a trip with him somewhere like Mexico or something forSpring Break and just live it up for a little while.

Kudos to your boy though. Not many people would do that, especially the way cops tease you with a lighter sentence.
 
^Yeah its only right to hold you friends down when stuff like this happens. I know I will be broke emptying out my savings account but hey I think its wellworth it. I borrowed his gun and left mines in his whip. He knew he was riding around with the tech with him though. But he got stopped with it.

2. If he didn't plan to snitch then he knew off top that he'd have to accept the charges (no payphone), so he can't really be mad at you for laying low with the situation.
3. You owe that man BIG. As long as you repay the favor somehow, I don't see any reason to be worried. It's not like he can be mad at you for ridingwith your strap and taking an L. That's technically his fault. Who's gun it is doesn't really matter IMO because HE chose to ride with itregardless. Now if he didn't know about the gun, that's bad bidness. But even still, he had the right to say "this isn't mine and thoseain't my prints" without naming your name, and he didn't.
4. I'd give him 3 stacks, one per charge, if I were you.
