Okay so I just got my hands on Chris Cornell's album "Scream" that has Timbo's fingerprints all over it. For the most part this is a sickalbum. Timbo brings some great beats to this and it is amazing to me how Chris's voice meshes with the beats so well. In my opinions the legit tracks areGround Zero, Never Far Away, Part of Me. Take Me Alive, and Long Gone. When this album drops I hope all enjoy.

.

My faves are "Climbing The Walls" x "Long Gone" x "Enemy" x "Never Far Away"
probably in that order

The neat thing is how the end of each song segways into the next song, lots of care and detail put into this project

but Timbaland made a mistake touting this as his "best work ever"

The tracks running together is a nice addition. I think timbos best work was on futuresex/lovesounds so I agree that this doesn't touch what I think is hebest. Between that and loose he has to bring volcano like heat to call it his best and top those two great albums.

Ive been dieing to finally hear the album and it kept getting pushed back, when is it finally releasing?

ill peep it out. thanks for the reminder... it kept gettin pushed and pushed, till i completely forgot about it...

from what i understand, this is a timbo project front to back... (like nelly furtado + JT's last joints) .... im definitely interested.

Wait, is this thing actually out and about...?

I never bothered downloading any of the leaked tracks, as I thought it would be dropping soon.

Now it's weeks/months later, and I've basically just forgotten about it.

I'm still quite interested to hear it as a whole.

The one man's review I'm looking forward to seeing before I give this a spin.

These bridges and transitions are %@!%#+ epic to the max.

I'm blown away by the ending of every track.

Okay I've seen enough...time to give this a spin...

...I know this is unfair...but I'm expecting the same

I was giving FS/LS gave me when I first heard it.

I listened to it front to back last night and I was pretty impressed, part of me x scream x watch out x long gone and like 3 other tracks but I don;trememember the names to them stand out to me, pretty solid album imo

I think that's where I went wrong. I'm going to listen to it on the headphones tonight to really see what's going on with thisjoint...

^ I told TIME I wanted to buy some quality headphones to listen to this joint again.

The panning and layering in all these tracks is just brilliant. Great job by whoever mixed the album.

Killa... Don't go into it with any sort of expectations. Just sit back and listen.

^Yeah definitely a HEADPHONES album!
The intricacies that Timbaland and J-Roc from Royal Court put into this album come at you so unexpected, I didn't even pick up on some of the instrumentsplaying the first time around

And I just wanna say that Jim Beanz's background vocal work goes so under-the-radar when it comes to crediting what makes all these Timbaland productionshot........from this album....to Nelly Furtado LOOSE..... to Danja's side projects with Britney Spears and Duran Duran
Not sure if Jim did anything on FS/LS
but yeah NONE of these songs/albums would be the same without Jim Beanz's vocals
and he is all over this Chris Cornell project

Damn I wanna hear this...
i can download at my school though...
Anyone got a exact release date?...
Maybe he pushes his +$%$ up...

Holy Shizzzzz this album is insane. I didn't go into comparing it to FS/LS. This album is a whole nother beast. Timbo, J-Roc, Chris, and Jim Beanz, Madeone of the best sounding albums in ages. Can't wait till it officially releases.

This album makes me want to lay on my back and throw up, resulting in my suffocation and death.

Do you guys know who Chris Cornell is? You must not because I seriously don't see how anyone who has heard Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, or Audioslavecould say that this is anything but pure, audible feces. He has one of the best, most distinguishable voices in the history of rock, and now he's singingover beats, and not just any beats, beats that belong on a Justin Timberlake or Nelly Furtado album.

Jesus !%#*#%* Christ.

but those beats are insane and more creative then anything that has been in rock the past few years which is the reason why chris contacted timbobecause tim always pushes the limit unlike rock these days.

You must be out of your mind man. Completely. Out. Of. Your. Mind. Seriously? Rock is genre of monotonous and mundane music? Wow.

I understand that you're a Timbo fan (enough to the point where you have him in your avy), but there is no way that producing beats for rock legends is ok,much less good. I'm not trying to argue here because you're a cool guy and it's obvious that our tastes in music are at completely different endsof the spectrum, but I don't see how you can like this crap. Have you heard of any of those bands I listed?

I'm not talking about the beats on the scream album being more creative than anything in rock the past few years, I was talkin about the beatsused on nelly and justin's album being more creative than anything in rock the previous years before those albums came out which is why I can understandwhy chris to wanted to work with tim. The result defintely wasn't as good as nelly and jt's albums but I don't think it was complete trash thatmade me want to lay on my back and throw up, resulting in my suffocation and death. And I liked soundgarden a lot, not so much audioslave and I agree with youabout his voice being one of the best and his cover of "billie jean" was amazing imo.
