I had that happen to my XBOX about 4 months after I got it, back in '07. I had the BB replacement plan, switched it out with an Elite. Haven't had aproblem since.

yeah man........happened to me this morning. Im planning on buying an elite and selling my replacement from microsoft.

$!@% sucked. i feel u =(

I hate turn on my 360 everyday praying I don't see this result.

Edit: You got too much stuff on top of your 360.

Yo guys I have a question everytime I start watching a movie or playing a game. The tv starts buggin. My tv looks all scrambled and messed up. Is it my xbox ormy tv. I tried HDMI and Ybrr setting and my xbox jst blows

count yourself lucky, im on my 5th 360, and the joint is well ventilated like a mother aint my fault at all

I think it might be the T.V. If you leave your Xbox on for a while without turning it off the image burns into the screen and might cause your situation.Happened to my friend.

Atleast your problem is covered under the warranty, try your 360 not reading disk and Xbox not covering that under its warranty.

i been having the same problem...i would insert a disc and i'd get a white screen that says "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360console". i would have to continue taking out the disc and putting it back in until it worked.

luckily i wont have to deal with that problem anymore. do they just give you a new 360 or do you get the same one back?

I've always had it for my systems.

Got my PS2 replaced twice, the last time there wasn't anything wrong with it, the warranty was about to expire and I wanted the thing PS2,

.

My girl actually bought my XBOX360 at Gamestop, with $100 dollar warranty,

. Told her to return it (Anniversary gift) and buy it at Best Buy with theirwarranty (cheaper and better). She went to Gamestop with a story about a breakup,

. She saved money. I would recommend BB's replacement plan, has my seal of approval. XBOX busted, turned it in for an Elite with no hassle.

I can't believe a product can have this many problems and still sell...... Of course I have one also, but no problems yet.
