True.
I can't take supplements because of my drinking habits (which negatively effect me regardless). If I have 1 shake a day for 4 days and I drink heavy on the5th I get so +*%*@% up I'm sick for the next 36 hours.
I don't understand it
I had 11 bottles of beer one night and I was throwing up all day.
I typically drink 16+ other stuff and I'm TOTALLY fine

Not to mention all the BUBBLE GUTS

my diet:
morning-
-2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 1 slice of cheese, 1 piece of bread, 1 glass of milk

before lunch
-apple, 2 mandarin oranges, bannana

lunch
-"hamburger speciaal". basically some processed burgur meat, a bun, chopped onions, mayo and curry
sick.gif

-1 ham/cheese 'grilled cheese' type sandwhich
-redbull

dinner
-an entire plate of spaghetti
OR -steak, potatoes
OR -something else...typical meat based dinner
-2 glasses of milk

that's typical...often subtracting 'breakfast' completely for 2-3 cups of coffee

is this THAT bad?

What's stopping you from eating 'perfect' meals?

Afterwards: recovery meal, usually that southwest salad from Mcdonald

I do this monday, wednesday, and friday. Odd days and weekend i do my normal food intake with no fried or greasy stuff tho.

Thats what i been doing. I feel good tho. If any suggestion then im willing to consider. I dont wanna get big like LL, i wanna get lean like Usher. lol no %#**
im sorry but that garbage.
i agree.. cmon bro 1 hour ..and a recovery meal for it..

im at the gym monday-friday, work out at home saturday-sunday..each workout is 2 hours..

monday-thursday targeting specific and every part depending on day.. friday full body .. saturday-sunday calasthenics, cardio

make sure i at least get over 150 grams of protien a day ( my weight is around 195)

.. muscle milk is garbage.. just get plenty of natural protien.. a pre and post workout shake and a post workout bar with it..

like myoplex, supreme protien, xxtreme .. etc

get 5-6 small meals a day.. ( of course the most crucial one is post and pre work out)

I work out 2 hours a day, each day something different. Bis and shoulders, then chest+back, then triceps and stomach. Forth dayrest. I'm starting to run everyday also

i'm just sayin. .. if you're doing a proper workout you shouldn't be able to endure 2 hours

and certainly not EVERY-DAY

Anything more than an hour is counter-productive. (Not including cardio + lifting on the same day)

Well maybe 2 hours was exaggerated but i'm usually there from 7ish to closing (9). i'm notdoing 2 hours of biceps, like stated before i'll do shoulders, i'm starting also to run everyday. Same %!*! i've done back in sept-oct and therewas an improvement then

You should really aim to keep your workout between 45 minutes and an hour. Like dude said, anything above an hour will be detrimental to your gains. If youdon't think you can fit your workout into a one hour period focus on eliminating the amount of resting you do between reps. 1-3 minutes should be yourideal resting period anyway. More than that and you wont get the gains you could be getting.
