Tryna get my swole on QUICK....Need a protein shake

im goin to P.R in july. ive been workin out for 3weeks so far. im trying to get those sixpacks and get diesel. you guys think that i would accomplish that byjuly? im 5'9 and wiegh 185

NO-Xplode is ok, I wish they didn't change the ingredients, try Super Pump and/or Animal Pump.

Muscle Milk is ok, Monster Milk is expensive and doesn't have that many servings.

Take casein right before you go to bed

You may want to consider fish oil and glutamine
If you ever decide to take creatine, take Kre-Alkalyn, which is the most recent type of creatine and most of them are in pill form.
 
Would downing a protein shake every day WITHOUT WORKING OUT pull your weight up? As in, will you gain fat from digesting a lot of protein without working out?
 
Protein wont make you big. It's probably the biggest myth involved with weight training.

It would be from the amount of calories you consume. I might be blowing smoke but I remember hearing too much protein, supplements and @#$ without usage (ie.physical activity) will cause kidney stones and things of that nature. and MM is garbo. I #$@$ with Cytogainer though.

No one is saying protein alone will get you big. But an ample amount of protein is pretty much essential to muscle growth and repair, along with intenseresistance training. That's not a myth, it's science. Try getting big (and lean) on a zero protein diet

I think a lot of people are thinking that protein alone will make you big. An ample amount of protein isnt necessary to promote muscle growth and repair. Most people do not need as much protein as theyre taking.

It's simply a supplement, and is only necessary if people aren't eating enough protein in their meals.

Casein is a type of protein that takes a long time to break down I think around 6 hours. When you sleeping and your body doesn't have anything tobreakdown, it breaks down your muscles.

I suggested to you ON Pro-Complex on the page before if you didn't see it.
 
6 small meals a day.. ranging from small carbs, grilled chicken breast, tuna, salads, fruits, all types of nuts and berries as well. and take in a meal or a100% whey protein shake no more tahn 30 min after your workout.

Comes in a black/purple tub right? %#$% is wack. Used up 2 tubs worth and gained maybe 5 pounds total, half of that was probably muscle. Mass XXXis where its at.
