"She's just another bad version of (former President) Bill Clinton,'' Nader told KGO radio host Ronn Owens in San Francisco.

Sweet.

Also, I'm disturbed how many times I was mentioned and/or quoted.

Bill Clinton was a great president but i dont think a woman can handle a country better than a guy can . No discrimination but i think it's true honestlyif i was to vote i would choose Obama rather than Hilary imo

You act like this is going away regardless who gets elected....Go ahead sit there cry and moan about it, it's been like this for a loooooong time and keep saying "oh if so and so gets elected im leaving" BS you aint going anywhere. Democrats have been in and out of the White House and havent done anything about it. At the end of the day the "Big business" dictates who gets elected anyway.
I thought it was pretty clear that I wasn't serious about that chain. Of course it's nonsense, as was the "Democrats=Communists"one. And I'm not even going to respond to the rest of your comment.
I hope more than anything that Nadar doesn't run.

I know, I know.... American politics are weird.

Stick to the Grammar Police. Comedy isn't going to pay the bills, especially if that's the best you got.

What are the chances Clinton would take Obama? Or is there an underlying resentment between the two?

But I agree.... My attempt at humor was weak. Usually my standards arehigher.

To answer your question, there was friction between Clinton and Obama last night, and I think it's even worse between Clinton and Edwards. If I wereClinton, I'd have a hard time moving past the comments that were made against me.... But this is politics and it's all part of the game so who knows.

However, it seems like historically the VP is normally not chosen from the field of other candidates, correct?

Thank you. I didn't mean to come off as an $#@+!+!, but I was just looking for a serious answer...

The reason I thought maybe Clinton/Obama was because I figured both are popular to different segments of the population, and they could work together oncertain issues...but I think it's wishful thinking.

As for the VP being from the field of party nomination candidates, I can't speak historically (American Political History is next semester...

), but didn't Edwards compete against Kerry for the Democratic candidacy, then join his as his VP candidate? I was going to say Gore/Lieberman, but I am not 100% sure. I know, one solid example, but I would hope that Clinton/Obamacombo would be great....I think they would be able to keep one another in check.

i don't think hillary or obama would even consider being vp if it came to that for either of them. anyways it was interesting to watch the last debate, something i haven't really watched alot of before. still convinced that obama has the most sound ideas/plans on how to attack the majority of major issuesour country is facing.

I think if anything this most recent debate showed that most of them would make terrific Vice Presidents, but not necessarily strong Presidents.
I wanted to kill Wolf Blitzer, and that last question of the debate was insulting.
Anyway, there's no telling who Hillary is going to pick. I'm hoping she picks Obama.

The VP position is normally chosen from the pool of other candidates.

Indeed, NYC did improve ALOT because of Rudy, give credit where it is due.

Hilary is insane.

I never would have thought my first time voting would be as a republican but.....

RON PAUL 08.

Rudy Guiliani would be George W Bush Squared so if you guys are ok with that then vote for him. I"m not, so hope he doesn't even get the Republicannomination.

Well Nader should be running after Clinton wins the democrat nomination, so you can vote for him haha.

9/11 was the best thing to happen to George W Bush and Rudy Guiliani.

Rudy Guliani has no plan on Health Care, Social Security, Getting out of Iraq, Global Warming, Alternative Fuels, Trade. All he wants to do is cut more taxesfor the rich just like George W Bush.

Bush had no plan on any of the issues as you know. So yes Guiliani would be more of Bush which this country does not need. The only thing Rudy talks about is9/11 just like Bush and it is sickening.
