I'm currently sitting here with a sore @@! from pooping so much..So my usually routine before and after I workout is to make a protein drink mixed withWhey Protein and Water. Well I heard it was good to mix Oatmeal with Whey Protein before you workout because it's good for something. The only problem isthat my Whey Protein is flavored Caramel and my Oatmeal is Cinnamon so that combination with water was interesting. I don't think that's what hurt methough because it wasn't so bad. What killed me is AFTER my workout I decided to mix Grape Juice with Whey Protein which like I stated before is Caramelflavored SMFH @ me . It tasted funny but I downed like a full glass of it holding my nose and a few minutes after my taste buds were bugging and I wascontemplating on making myself throwup but I decided to man up and just suffer the consequences and throwing up would just make my whole workout pointlessanyway.
So 2-3 hours later it feels like someone is carving my intestinse with a butter knife and my poop has a distinct color of purple/brown. I feel like I'mabout to die..
