i been readin alot about how some ppl have ds jays from a while back that crack on them, chip, fall apart, etc after not wearing them for a long time orkeepin them ds for a long time then bringin them out. i been wanting to fill some gaps in my collection and im curious as to which DS jordans would be worthcoppin other than the obvious like a year or 2. if some1 can give me some good advice i would appreciate it. thanks in advance NT

Depends on the make up of the shoe. Original I's are still wearable. 3-6 probably not so much. 11's can also peel away from the sole.

i would say from X on. the midsole was made of a different material then previous ones, and is less likely to crack.

with any older retro release or og, i think you have to take into consideration if the person actually wore them or not. if a shoe is very old but not driedout, i think it's ok to still be able to wear them. it's when a shoe has been sitting around for years then it's not safe to even consider tryingto rock them. so from my point of view, i say anything og from xii and up is still safe to wear even if it's ds as long as the glue hasn't dried up.anything from the iii's to vi's are just going to be a waste of time to cop ds just because they're just going to crumble on you as soon as youstart to wear them.

just unds my 3 fire reds and Mars 4 both had noticable cracks on the midsoles after the first wearing.

Man I have the OG XII's and those things are built like tanks. They still are really wearable.

og1's are the most wearable model of ne og being DS.

then comes x's and up like s dubl stated

I wore my Original 1s yesterday and I have no problems with them... With that said, you can wear them whenever... You just can't go too long withoutwearing them...

as long as there not cracking or beginning to split, your good, i have seen people unDS fresh OG's and they fall apart within hours of wear. its just theluck of the draw

i have 94' retro cement iv's that are perfect condition.

if you plan on getting old j's online. get detailed pics of a clear bubble, no cracks in the midsoles and pics of a shoe that looks new. the seller shouldbe known and have a description of a wearable shoe.....

the best one are the og 12 you can never go wrong with those damn i wish they still made shoes that strong i still rock my og taxi
