"EGGPLANT" NIKE FOAMPOSITES....!!!!! OFFICIAL VoL 2...Dont mess this one up

I wouldn't blame the people who bought off that site. It could have happened to anyone on any other site, it's just unfortunate that some people maypossibly lose all or part of their hard earned money. If I it were me, I would immediately file a claim to get my money back. I would not wait around to see ifmy order was fullfilled. By now, you should be able to pick these up for around $250 somewhere else. If you wait around, Osneaker will wipe out their accountthen it will be close to impossible to get your money back.
 
For a site that was charging $250 in Sept and promising that they would ship in October to still not have their shoes in march is a disgrace. I told yall tocharge back your credit cards 2 months ago when they kept changing the date like 10 times, you knew something was wrong then. If they were reputable and cannotget everyone's size by Friday they should refund everyone their money back plus $50 for the headache and hassle and for holding their money for 3-6 months.Glad I got mine from a site like PYS and Shoetrends at least they come through and you dont have to pay and extra $50 to wait 6 months for the wrong size.

And I almost ordered in Sept thinking its worth it if I can get these in Oct, but I was like I really dont know nothing about this site so I will just waite. Glad I used restraint and just waited, but this could have happened to anyone, cannot balme the buyer its the sellers fault

This same thing happen with "the other side" as they attempted to "fraud" overseas guys they were doing consignment for a few years back.

It's a "no interest loan" that is fraudulent in every since of the word. No other way to put it. They using YOUR funds for other means to profit,trust.

Like Mr. Steve Malafraud, if they pleading the "just be patient" and "it was a mistake, we are working on it" angle 4+ weeks after thefact, its time to get the law involved.

So many of you "sneakerheads" just "take the loss" and people take full advantage of that.

That "reverse victim" psychology is #1 move frauds attempt.

WOW I haven't been keeping up with this...knew ppl were angry at osneaker for not getting theirs yet....but they ordered in SEPT??????? Thatis disgraceful....they better not have the gall to try to hold some of that money back for a refund fee or whatever.

If you don't have a Nike account, you are just using your means of obtaining them through your connections/local stores(and if true, in the end it lookslike their crisis management has them scurrying and making new connections) Like I said in the 1/2 cent thread, sometimes it's better to cop them in personinstead of getting them through PITA online sellers(ebay or off-ebay) or online. You know what you are getting and you get them in your hands through a Nikeaccount holder.

I agree with you 100% on this statement. But you forgot not everyone is getting this in their states. For myself it looks like i have to buy off ebay or somesite in order to secure a pair. I say this a lot. Nike is starting to do a horrible job on releases. They just slap a limited tag on it, and that means only 5or 6 states will get them in the US
 
but these werent limited... i can understand paying 250 because people on here are paying other niketalkers that same amount... it just sux for those thatpreordered and they dropped in their respective states/cities but didnt cop because they were waiting for osneaker.
their niketalk rep hit me up yesterday asking me where i got my pairs from... i told him but i didnt think he was in need of 75 pairs and my spots had alreadysold out.

...seriously though...Dallas, TX didn't get any atall...Houston was the closest which is a 3+ hr drive...still managed to get 2 pairs...one from the first batch on Sneakerhead & the other from NDC
