So I've Been Invited to Participate in a Brand Jordan Focus Group...

Mention quality. As a parent you don't want to be buying your kid shoes every 3 months because they have gotten so beat he can't wear them anymore, they should make shoes that can last.

Hit us back about this to tell us how it went. I'd love to know what happened, especially if you put them on the spot about something

Say this: "My son really wants to wear the same shoes i have but its really hard to do that being that there are not enough OG color ways for my son towear. I think it would be really cool if I could wear my OG infared 6's (black or white) and he could wear a retro version that looked EXACTLY like mypair."

VI's and XI'

Infrared's and Space Jams

Rerelease DMP pack

That is all.

Oh and a new colourway in VIII's without camo on the heel.

SERIOUSLY!! bro, if you think that these people have any kind of influence on jb, tell them that they can give everyone what they want easily. Almost everyonehas an issue with quality and it's easy to see the new materials versus the old ones. They just need to step up and find a new materials supplier that willcharge them a little more for some of the old school leather and foam, etc. If they do this they can more than make up for inflation and charge us a littlemore for the shoes (which is what they want to avoid). They could even advertise the new gear and put out something like a perfect cement 4 or concord 11 tomake us salivate. For the record I don't really have a quality issue since I'm just happy to be able to wear the shoes I had as a kid, but to get thoseoldies back with just a little effort by the company? It's the biggest money maker in athletic shoes today, they can get the best materials available andnot even sweat it. If not they could always hire me and I'll make a few calls.

Keep it simple.. Quality products... Retro releases that remind us of how we fell in love with jb! Nevermind fusions, bring back the greatness!!

Everyone on here said basically everything I was thinking... QUALITY and making older retros special... If they're gonna "mess" with the III andIV, then please do it justice and stop teasing these people.. Their poor sales will show this... Tell them to watch Niketalk and stop doing these lame pollswith people that have never worn and don't know an authentic '87 II from an '07 III .. Point is... This is what the people really want.. Nowthey're trying to go by sales... Soon they'll have to wake up... Before it's too late

Much less patent. It was played out by the XIX.

Focus less on gimmicks, more on performance. High end Jordans have become bloated and pricey with sub par performance. Turn out a clean uncomplicated shoe at alower price.

Some clean Vi retro plus colorways please. None of that patent multicolor tat. The shoe lends itself to so many decent color combinations and JB have failed tocapitalise on this so far.

1. trash the fusions every pair you try on blast em in every way possible
2. complain about quality with every shoe
3. ask for more retros and less packs

I think you guys fail to realize that JB is a growing brand, and still, even though on NT the consensus is that it is losing steam, generates much demand tothe general public. The Fusions I hear have done very well. NT doesn't need to be sheep and buy everything JB churns out, and we certainly are not sheep.

I think OP's focus should be a bit more humble and inspired. How about every 3-4 months, JB makes a "special"

release? Just one retrowith all of the previously mentioned attributes. A sort of return to how it used to be.

They can continue to +$*$* out every single shoe they find ready to take that route, but ever so often (3-4 times a year) they drop something classic, nostalgic, and reassuring.

what jb wants on that "focus" group parental input thing is just that. they want a current market analysis from ground zero: the customer. theydon't want a history lesson on how the quality of the shoe is and puttin " nike air " on the back to generate sales or bring back a particularbuyers market. they want to know what you are buying and why you buy it. jb wants to confirm what they already know; that people like ourselves that grew up onthis brand are still pickin up even if its for the youngsters!

Tell them you wouldn't buy their products with the plasticy junk leather they use. New Jordans not only look cheap, but crease so easily too.

Mention that they should find a median between pricing and quality. And also the over releases of certain jordans (aj1) and the under releases of others (aj11, aj6). Let them know how most jordan heads feel about the fusions.

Tell'em we need better material/quality!!!! Now a days the paint on J's looks like u can get a quarter & scratch on'em, andit'll come rite off!!! Kinda like the scratch off game from the lotto!!! dats how cheap the paint & material looks...

i'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet....tell them to focus more on quality. and OG colorways.

Quality is a huge issue. Anything else they will more than likely keep to maintain their broad audience base.

1. og colorways
2. quality
3. better prices
4. more availability to everyone
5.better box designs
