Yes he is..trainers are where its at. But reading through this thread why no love for the Air Trainer TW's?
 
Hey everyone-

For those of you with the Air Trainer 1 - SuperBowl (aka Quicksilver ), has anyone seen the shoe break up like this?:

This is from the FIRST WEAR (had em DS all year)

I am BEYOND dissapointed in the quality, literally walked around london for 4 hours and this is the result. I have a ton of nikes, many sportswear drops all of which I wear and this is totally atrocious.

I called Nike and they told me to send them back for a refund but I obviously want a new pair of shoes not the money. I saw the pro-bowl trainers popped up at selfridges 2 weeks ago but no sight of these....

Anyone else get this?
 
^^^^^ it has happened to mine too and its probably worse on my pair. Its like the lamination just separated where my feet bend and the shoe creases...

It looks REALLY bad up close but honestly you cant even see it from a distance.
 
Yeah look im amazed the material holds up at all.

If i were you id just rock em. Besides sneakerheads everyone else will think they look amazeballs and not notice.
 
Yeah that definitely didn't happen to my pair, and the first time I wore them it was to a busy work day where I was running around all day from the office to court and that's a mile and a half walk round trip.

I'd just keep rocking them until they fall apart, but honestly I didn't expect this pair to be that much of a keeper anyways because of the plastic upper.
 
That sucks...I was never to keen to the iridescent look of them. I never understood it. But at the looks of that glad I didn't grab em.
 
Yeah I guess it is a hate it or love it shoe... Im still salty but I will probably just keep em -_-

Yeah you won't find those in my closet for a reason, not my style at all.  Shoes bring to much attention to you with all the shininess.
