Is There Anywhere to Send JB Complaint Letters?

Call their customer service line or call a their order line and have them transfer you. But the majority here is right, nothing is going to happen in terms ofactually fixing the quality you will probably get a $10 cert and a we're sorry... Believe me I work as a customer service rep! You want results andfollow-up, have an employee say something degrading to you or molest you, than you'll get a reply...

i have to agree with some of the ppl on here. u should send a letter every month complaining and try to get more ppl to do the same, hell ill send a lettertoo. really there is nothing to lose. it may take forever to make a change or it may never happen. either way there is no real loss in doing so. the only thingthat is certain is that if nothing is done, nothing will happen. as for not copping no more, im just joining that club. i think the cdp 11/12 is gonna be mylast new JB release im coppin for a long long time.

A little secret to customer service...

Don't waste your time writing or speaking to people in customer service. Try to get ahold of someone in sales (your regional Nike sales rep would beideal.)

I remember seeing a map of Nike reps on the nikebiz website.Start hitting these people up. Don't act like you've got "a deep concern regarding theJordan brand in regards to quality"because you'll get dismissed. Get a hold of them, be honest, and tell them your problem.

This goes for just about anything. Sales reps make the world go 'round.

IMO, thats the only way.....
Yeah last Jordan I copped was the Laser 1's and that shoe set me the hell off because one of the shoes was darker than the other. After that Irefused to copp the 11/12 package just because I knew the quality was going to be horrible. I want to do the letter and phone call thing because alot of myfriends want to do it and the have firends and family that one to do it also. And eventually I think if more people send letters that can get the word out. Ithink if we stop buying the shoes they might stop making them and that won't be good. They might think we aren't interested in Jordan Brand as a wholeand not waste anymore money producing anymore sneakers imo. I think the letters will show that where hungry for heat and that may inspire Jordan Brand to dropsome heat instead of the garbage we are getting.

I'm down to write a letter and phone calls, after i saw some OG carmines, i thought my CDP was a joke

If enough people do this and stick to it, they'll respond eventually. It's no different then trying to voice your opinion to your government. Things will never change if everyone is scared to make a stand.

I tried to find a contact, but had no luck turning anything up on Google. Maybe try this person for some info on who to contact...

You don't get it son.

People still buy Jordans. Nobody except shoe nerds cared that the CDP11s contained less patent leather than the OGs. Shoe nerds represent a small percentage ofthe customer base. This is a business. If they are making profit at the expense of quality and saving money by using cheaper materials, they will continue todo so. I love this business model.

Letters will go straight to waste management. Hell, if I was at JB I'd throw away your letters as well. I'm a business man.

I called their customer service once to complain about quality. The guy was polite, but he wouldn't give me any contact info. He said he would pass alongmy complaint, which I doubt he ever did. Here's the contact info on nikebiz.com. Hope it helps.

Unfortunately, Nike probably doesn't want to hear from customers, good or bad news.

They have their racket, er, "business model", in place and they are running it into the ground.

People don't have to be sneaker nerds to see and feel the awful quality. Have some standards and follow through.

The power is in the people's hands. And they are too greedy to figure out that the more that people reject poor quality, regardless of the company, thebetter it is for everyone.

Stop being so desperate for some XI's that you snap up the Fisher Price-quality CDP's like water in a desert.

Share your concerns to anyone and everyone at Nike who will listen, and other companies as well. Don't give up.

I had friends that worked as NIKE CSR's (Customer Service Representatives).
They do process every call and email and they will follow up with an email asking you to evaluate your interaction.
But again, anyone can contact anyone at NIKE directly by using the email template I posted.

Ya, I need a number to call. Im so fed up with the cheap garbage JB has released in the recent years. A bunch of my retros midsoles are cracking and I haveonly the shoes like 7-8 times, and I take care of my shoes. Thats why im done with JB. This should not happen with $150 shoes.
