The day after the gym appreciation/unappreciation

i mover serious weight, 750+ on a leg press, 265 on squats, 235 on bench (my main goal to improve) n no, i don't juice. all natural
it would be embarrasing if you moved those numbers and juiced...

leg press is such an ego exercise btw.
 
i hate when my body is sore... exception for my abs... i actually like it when my abs are sore because i feel like i did something... ya i got a beer belly andim tryin to lose it lol... but anyway this friday i worked out my shoulder and it was killing me at the gym while i was working out and its killing me now theday after... i think its from playing ball last week and not using my wrist and using my arm instead... i need to get a new jumpshot...
