:::OFFICIAL SNEAKER CARE/MAINTENANCE POST::: (It's back!)

Don't think there's an effective and safe way to decrease patent leather creasing, but to fix the shine on patent leather...
Acrylic finisher method:

Lotion method:
Did a couple sessions of lotion, didn't work over the steam-effected parts but everywhere else it worked.

Will check out the Acrylic finisher..seems like it'd work a lot better. Thanks!

Is it still unpopular to store my kicks in ziploc bags haha? I'd love to upgrade to the containers - where can I find them that's affordable?

I still do it. Been doing it a few years and I don't care what anyone says. It's working. My 11 white/red lows still have bright white patent leather. My Lakers 6's are still very icy with no yellowing. I can go on and on. It's working. The one catch is that you have to actually wear your shoes. Can't keep em locked up in the bags forever. If I go a few months without wearing a pair...I'll put em in rotation immediately. I clean all my shoes, including the soles. And then back in the ziplock they go, with the air sucked out.

Does anyone know if jordan flight club 91s work for donors for 2000 jordan 6s? The midsoles look identical, but im not really sure.

We got the same style then. A lot of my older stuff that I have stored in my ziplocs ('00 concord 11's, Anniversary's, etc) are holding up well with zero yellowing. I also am pretty meticulous about my kicks and rotate then clean in a similar fashion. I just think for storage purposes and eye appeal someday upgrading to the bins would be legit rather than boxes on my wall.

Which one should I use? The liquid is on the way, I already have the powder.

Concord low 11 is what I'm cleaning

Are those og 6s? There is not much you can do to that except for replace the outsole. You could try filling in the cracks with glue or epoxy to try and prevent it. From cracking more.

Do yall think 2002 columbia low jordan 11s are still wearable? I don't personally think so because if the material but any additional information can help me alot. They are ds by the way.

If they are DS and been stored appropriately then definitely. I own every 11 from that 00-01 years and I still wear them. The only thing is on my spacejams there are some minor sole separation but nothing major.

Liquid for mesh, powder for leather.
Need help Oxy-clean just made it worse
Seaglow the netting to turn them white:

Might also want to try some basic cleaning:

Might have to bleach the tag on the tongue, but be careful with the jumpman.

I have my 2000 space jams in my weekly rotation. 11's are durable.

I dig it bro. Have you seen the pull-out clear bins though? That would be nice if stacking

If you want affordable, that definitely isn't the way to go. The ones I have are $19/8 at Costco. The pull out style are like $10-15 each I think

Do you mean 2001 carolina lows? Yes, they are still wearable, the midsoles on 11s is like hard styrofoam and they don't crumble. The outsole might start to seperate from the midsole though because of the age of the glue.
