so i decided to take my white infra pink 6's and paint them infrared, just as a project to keep myself busy over winter break

anybody got any tips/videos on painting?
i tape my shoes and acetone and paint but it always comes out sloppy like a 4th grader did it.
its like the paint leaks under the tape and stuff...

i'll post pics later

Theres many tuturials on youtube on painting mids..just use good preparation...taping and lite paint strokes going over what you painted as it dries to remove paint stroke lines

yea its a slow process with nail polish remover..go with acetone on cotton ball in circles or youll see the old paint smear. Youll see a old like fade still of old color on the mids..what i do is use lite sandpaper to remove that til its smooth

Hey guys, can anyone give me some tips for properly cleaning the sole on my 2014 Black Infrared 6's? Someone on these forums had recommended me to just use water and paper towels but that would probably help the yellowing process go faster.

Just the sole? Not the suede part right? Just use a magic eraser on the sole.

check out freshfeen on Instagram . I believe he has a product that esily removes paint on midsoles

Is Angelus Direct legit store to get Angelus paint? Do all the 1oz bottles come with a brush attached to the cap? (reminds me of a white-out/correction fluid product).

Yes angelus direct is the store for angelus paint, and yes the small 1 oz bottles have a brush in the lid. You don't want to paint the shoes with that brush though, you'd be better off to get one from the craft store

Does anyone know if Mr Clean Magic Eraser can fix the suede bleed on the 13s? The red is on parts of the white leather and threadings. Never used a magic eraser but considering buying one if it does the trick, I heard good things about it.

Sorry for something thats probably redundant, but Im looking to clean up the soles on these 12s. I live in the NE so the sun is a thing of the past for another couple months, so does anyone have some tips on how to rid the yellow on the white soles and jumpman tag?.

Also I'm getting angelus to clean up the white leather. Is the acrylic finisher a must or is the white paint alone good enough? There's no deep scuffs, but it is a little worn.

I have a question. Can I use local hairdressing peroxide as an alternative to whiten the soles/netting on the 5's? I don't have PayPal and I live in the PI so there's no way I'm getting a bottle of 40 Volume Creme.

Tooth whitening gel does wonders, just a very time consuming process

iron wet towel over midsoles. make sure you use the highest steam setting and dont over iron or you can scorch your shoes

Yes, that would probably work as long as it has a high percentage of peroxide

I recently used the Angelus paint on my Black/gray 8's and it the color was all off :x

They were kinda beat so I'm not mad... but it came out looking purplish
