Its already legal for people with medical cards. And those cards are easy to get.

But yea that would be good for Cali. We need money right now.
 
With the debt Cali is facing right now, and the way the Governator is doing things...this wont be as easy as it sounds.
 
I hope it passes. If it does, Oregon gov't would need to find a way to one-up our down south neighbors.

Also to help you guys out of the ridiculous economic state you're in.

Who cares if the price goes up. Maybe it'll make people less inclined to smoke in the first place.

I don't smoke, but I don't think it'd be a bad idea to make it legal. I'd be a great source of revenue for the state. I say legalize it and taxthe crap out of it.

Very intelligent comment. We get "soo worked up" because we aretired of being bullied by society and the government for choosing a safer drug for our recreation.
 
so can somebody tell me how exactly are they going to tax this? drug dealers gonna have to start fillin out W2's and gettin tax returns off of packs ofgreen?

lol, just how they tax cigarettes. Drug dealers would still sell like they do now. But places that sell cigarettes and all that would also be sellingmarijuana which they could then tax also

Yuck. California should just secede and become its own country. Its obvious that the radical left has that state by the loins. After all, your economic problemstems from being forced to support illegals.
 
It won't matter if they tax it or not. I'll still it get it from my connects and just smoke it without worrying about getting caught.
