Does anyone know how many times the bill was introduced for medical marijuana in California before it was passed?
Because this is the first ever time this bill has been introduced.
I think it's wishful thinking to believe it will pass. It still symbolizes great progress though, and the inevitability of it becoming legal sooner orlater.

cali gov is in madd deficit like its not even funny. tax $ would def be built up

you think the government would let it be legal to grow? don't count on it.
its already legal to grow in cali medically , in the article it says cultivation would be legalized... that means growing... trust me with an openmarket prices will go down...
its like alc prices during prohibition... alc was much more expensive then it should have been the pricesof alc went down then legalization....
bTw i edited the first post with a quote from the link... everything even trafficking and cultivation will be legalwhen this passes....
