as for the question in hand. I don't think Ghost will ever be considered for GOAT because he hasn't had huge solo mainstream success. I think thatsmostly down to him not toning down his style because lets be honest, on clientele....what the *!+# is he saying??

He defenitley deserves to be consisdered as ONE of the greatest MCs . . . He's contributed to ATLEAST 5 classics (36 Chambers, OB4CL, Ironman, Wu TangForever & Supreme Clientele) and has appeared on another 4 or 5 classics. I mean what more does a man have to do?? Almost 17 years in the game, and isSTILL relevant to an extent, he had a Billboard Top 50 joint on Fishcale, I think all his album have debut in the top 5 or 10, his track record speaks foritself . . . He was instrumental in the "Mafioso" rap movement (along with others) that more or less reinvented east coast hip hop . . . A lot of Nshave deals because of that now, not to mention his level of respect among "underground" heads and international love . . .

i dunt think any 1 wu member can be considered GOAT. wu as a whole tho is the best rap group of all time no questions asked. ghostface is def ill but u have toconsider who his opposing contenders would be. nas? jay? big? pac? em? pun? i dont favor him over any of them nor do i have to even think about if i do. but heis def respected in my book.

There is no 1 G.O.A.T, but is he one of the greatest? Yes. Everybody has their own reason for who they like/dislike, but its hard to put value of greatness,and Ghost definitely has that.

He ain't the GOAT because in terms of raw talent there are nicer dudes. He is probably or was... the most intelligent rapper ever and had easily thedeepest rap album ever.
