like it says, im looking to see what songs yall have on the "Gym" playlist....

i wasnt sure if this belonged in this forum or the S&T forum, so mods move if necessary.


but lets see some tracks.

right now, ive just been with some aggressive joints, alot of Jeezy, some TI, maybe some MOP.......

For some reason when I listen to the 4 Da Fam freestyle by Jadakiss I just go into beast mode. I think its because the beat is so

Like I will do 10 reps. Rest and replay the song and bust out 12. repeat than hit 14.

The songs don't really get me hyped but i love all of these songs and i know most of the words so it speeds @*@@ up...
 
No lie.

Lil Jon's albums are a MUST when it comes to gym music. Dude's songs can get you beasting.
 
Stronger-Kanye West is a song I never listen to elsewhere beside the gym nowadays.
I like "All of Me" and other longer songs because you just zone out to it and then it goes by pretty quickly. But generally as long as the tune isfairly uptempo I can listen to it in the gym
