eBay is using this OnTrac service for shipping and it says the package is in Vancouver, Washington and is out for delivery.

The problem is I don't live in Vancouver, Washington.

I live in Eugene, Oregon.

...should I be worried?

I would reach out to OnTrac to confirm the information is correct.
 
Don’t be worried until it says delivered, and you still don’t have your package a business day after that.

Nimbus clouds are fire…. But with the paint chipping, and fuel cell cracking issues, it’s difficult to spend almost $300 (after taxes and potential shipping) is too much. Takes me way too long to get through a rotation of my shoes to have to worry about those issues.
