I just got these Infernos in from J Crew, and needless to say they're beautiful. Sad part is I feel they're a tad too long, that's what I get for going with my closest available size I guess. In your experiences, will the creasing in the toebox be bad enough for me to keep looking for a 9.5 or will I be fine with the 10?

Yeah, 998s fit big, I still get some heel slippage .5 down my true size. You shouldn't have to worry about the toebox creasing, its mesh. 
 
idk if its been posted but some jcrew 1400s in wine popped up in the sale section today.  only sizes 11 and up though if i remember correctly
 
Nice! getting a limited release on ebay for retail is rare nowadays. Mine should be coming in any day now...

Just ordered my first pair of NBs for casual wear.

They're not RF or anything special, but excited to test the quality of these.

What do you guys/gals think?

Dennis, those are killer. Finally pulled the trigger. I cant believe i found a site (with some help) that still has a full size run. i should buy them all and put them on ebay like these garbage resellers. :wink:

Looking good! I'm in for the red/Burgandy pair for sure. Looks like they are finally getting around to hearing the demand for a better toe box, from what I can see. Do you have these in hand? If so, what are your thoughts on the toe box, getting closer to the original?

How did you do it without damaging the suede on the toe box.

Those salmon toes look beautiful, especially love the cyan accents on the midsole with the N. 

These are difficult to find ugh.

sports zone elite? theyre actually marked down in-store too if you know anyone that can visit any of the locations. they also got 998BDs for like $80 or so stashed away. Cant believe pairs of those are still around, and at that price. that store is almost like those old mom and pop shops that just have random old stock. i guess people in those areas of sports zone elite are still heavy into nike basketball.

oh and nice reshape. such a dramatic improvement.
