Late to the party, but for $80 shipped, I can't go wrong. On the hunt for the black pair and grey pair.

FYI: The tan/Grey laces that came with the Fieg Mint/Cove release match the 998BT pretty darn well. Thought I'd share.

 new balance 997hwb, released everywhere as a general release in like 2011/10 (maybe even 2012), ebay, klekt, runner selling groups on FB, ig, social networks etc. No longer in shops is what I am trying to say.

As an avid thrifter, I am always searching for a deal, and with a few recent come ups, I was curious as to ask you all: 

What was the best 'come up' or deal?

What was the shoe and how much did you get it for?

Personally I'd have to say mine is a vintage pair of NB 680s for $30 shipped.
 
^ DS tassie devils for $240~ shipped 7 months after release. All my GRs come with a 20-40% discount. 

Also patiently waiting on the cherry blossom pack to hit the states.

998 blue denim from store for 85$ couple of weeks ago
 
After hunting and giving up I found a pair of the red 999s in my sz 8.5 for 85 shipped on eBay . Seller had no box and only worn once but look deadstock in person.
