You should be fine. They only consider the value listed of the package. As far as I know that excludes shipping. I think my FedEx fee was like 28 bux or something, not that big of a deal but I totally forgot about it and got all these nasty letters from FedEx within the next 4 months or whatever before I paid them online.

No shipping confirmation, no cancellation and no charges or pending charges. Not sure what to make of all that. We'll see soon enough I guess.
 
Hard to believe concepts is releasing another shoe this weekend when all the orders from last week have not been fulfilled. Makes it easy for me to pass on the 496. Concepts is just as bad as kith LOL

I think the cncpt 496 will be available at other stores. Saw a post by millenium shoe saying they will get it in 2 weeks
 
i`m in the order range #37xxx

they wrote an email to me with this text

"Your merchandise is ready to ship.  However, because your order is shipping international, we will need you to obtain an approval code from your Visa Card Account."

So i have to call my service to get this number ... zzzZZzzzzzz

had this done before with a large order, took only a minute or so after waiting on hold..

How can i contact Concepts??got an email from them that my nb's were ready to ship as soon as i contact my bank and gave them approval code from mastercard... 2 days have passed and no new from them .. anyone can help?

got same email. Sent them days ago the 6 digit code and no response..

I carted manually at 12:16 PM  order number is 37XXX and no shipping e-mail, i don't even think it was charged
 
Cncpts need to rebuild their site from the ground up. 

They currently have the worst ecommerce checkout experience.

they never claimed the funds from my paypal card transaction.. they really must be behind.. paypal made the status "expired".. it still can be claimed though for others in similar situations..
 
Concepts should have been better prepared.  They knew the amount of pairs they had available for sale so they should have planned this whole thing out better. Not to mention another nb release in less than 48 hrs. Those guys are clowns

i really suspect they're trying to batch ship all these orders of the 997s--which doesn't really make much sense..

that's the only idea i can muster up as to why we all have shipping labels created but no movement.. i suspect they'll really try to close out and ship orders by tomorrow or they'll be super slammed shipping out two weeks of orders
