Official New Balance Thread *sizing info for different models on first page*

When i think of a "clean" colorway its not a shoe with several colors in the shoe. I do agree the colorway is dope as well. But they chose not to brand the insole on the cnote which is totally different from their other releases
So you actually think the demand for the C-Notes is because they don't have branding on the insole? Sorry but that seems like a HUGE reach.

compared to the WTKD and Liger KD6 I have, these things are extremely subtle
True, all things are relative -- but have to agree the Rose 997s are pretty loud, especially for a traditional office - even on casual Fridays for a relaxed place.  (Sidenote - love the way Rose look and the pics that people are posting - but I didn't buy because I don't think I can pull off that shoe at all).

I used to work at a start-up company with virtually no dress code - the only rule was pretty much: 'No tank tops' all the time.  Even 'tame' stuff like all-red Jordans (Toro Bravo Vs) or XIs got comments from 'Those are nice' to 'Those are BRIGHT' from some of older folks.  I actually stopped wearing my purple Goretex 580s to work because I got annoyed with all the comments.  (Ya, realize that it's weird that I say the Rose is too loud but would rock Goretex 580s but I was younger then).

I agree completely. The older folks at my office are so out of touch with todays culture. Anytime i wear a shoe thats not white, black, brown, or grey I break necks and get comments constantly about how "crazy" my shoes are....lmao.

I'll rock purple over pink anyday so I see your point. I couldn't pull off pink either. I could but I wouldn't do it cause of the hype (being a concepts release).

wore my 997GY today and now I'm thirsting for another pair of 997s... (already have 4) 997JNB or 997CCF? Which should I get?

oh yea, also here are my JP2s I won from Hanon. The original dust bag was missing but they came with the 1500CHF chosen few tote bag for some reason. Not mad. at all.

How do 1300s fit compared to a 574? I usually wear a 574 in 2E (wide), and since the 1300 isnt offered in 2E, would the 1300 be too narrow for me?

For reference (if any) I've also tried my TTS (12) and half size up in NB 530s - both were uncomfortably narrow.
