Official New Balance Thread *sizing info for different models on first page*

After calling New Balance in regards to my customs having a white paint stain on them they said they would send a shipping label for them to be returned and re made. I know someone mentioned getting a voucher for a pair that was defective but I didnt have such luck. Anyone else have a situation like this?

Decided to pull the trigger..I have one more coming tomorrow since I ordered it late on Thursday. These were ordered Thurs...that 2day in hand is no joke...Welp, lmk what you guys think. Quality is fantastic

I've seen this on a few customs so far and surprised no one has said anything. If I get a toe box with a huge wrinkle/bulg like that I'm getting a new pair. This was an issue on my CEL's and I returned them for a new pair. 

I want my toe box to wrinkle naturally, not come out of box with a defect like that, which will only look worse with time.

I'm pretty sure the people who got the voucher for a free custom were those very few people in the beginning who had mismatched mesh.

Can't expect NB to be giving away free pairs just cause people complain about some glue/paint stains, they'll definitely get taken advantage of

Im fine with sending the shoes back and getting a new pair made. I was just curious as to how people got those vouchers.

Hilltop blues shipped to UK and they honoured the discount code I applied even though they said no promos on that particular shoe. Worked out £126 all in which is much better than £160

So i ordered 2 pair on drop day. One pair was great but the bottom half of the tongue was not perforated like the editor showed. The other pair just never got through their system and into production (it took 2 weeks for them to figure out they werent even coming smh). 

That being said i kept pressing and finally i got hooked up (as deserved cause this was bs). I got a full refund on the messed up pair which i get to keep and 2 free 998 vouchers. 3 free pairs makes my head ache go away

My Mowabbs had an error in that the plastic piece in the side was black instead of grey like I asked for. I called about it and sent them pics and they're gonna refund me the money and then I can make up a new pair but there was no talk of "keep them and we'll send you a corrected pair" or anything like that. Guess they had enough of those issues they were leaking too much money on it. Minor mistake but it makes a big difference to me regarding the look of the shoe.
